En la ribera del Guadalquivir, junto a la Torre del Oro, se plantea la sustitución de las edificaciones actuales para albergar unos usos muy singulares: el Centro de Interpretación de la Tapa, el Centro de Atención al Visitante, y un Centro Temático del Flamenco.
Se trasciende la función aprovechando las características de un lugar privilegiado, dándole presencia en la zona, organizando las circulaciones y ofreciendo a la ciudad un nuevo espacio de estancia: sombras, agua, anfiteatro, juegos, zonas verdes… configurado mediante la topografía de sus cubiertas y una geometría inspirada, tanto en los volantes de flamenca como en las lacerías y las teselas.

On the banks of the Guadalquivir, next to the Torre del Oro, the project proposes replacing the existing buildings to house several very unique uses: the Interpretation Center of the Tapa, the Visitor Assistance Center, and a Flamenco Theme Center.The proposal goes beyond its basic function by taking advantage of the qualities of this privileged location, giving it a strong presence in the area, organizing pedestrian flows, and offering the city a new public space to enjoy: shade, water features, an amphitheater, play areas, and green spaces—shaped through the topography of its roofs and a geometry inspired both by flamenco dress ruffles and by traditional latticework and mosaics.
